CANADA POST IS ON STRIKE

While Canada Post is on strike I will be using other shipping carriers. This means that shipping is now set at flat rates for all Canadian and US shipments, which you will see at checkout.

Mostly this strike will not affect you, my lovely shoppers, but it does affect me by adding to my workload. Now, rather than having rates calculated at checkout and labels created directly through the website, I will have to manually search for the most cost effective means of shipping, type out all the sender/receiver info, contents, and HS Codes, as well as physically drop off packages at various shipping carriers myself. 

This does affect Canadian shoppers with PO boxes. Canada Post is the only way to deliver to a PO Box, so please be sure to enter a physical address at which you can receive parcels. I cannot change shipping information once a label has been created, and certainly cannot do anything once the parcel is in the hands of the carrier. 

DUE TO THE INCREASED WORKLOAD THIS HAS CAUSED, SHIPMENTS WILL BE DROPPED OFF ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS ONLY.

Shipping: 
Local pickup is available for no additional charge in Sudbury, Ontario.

Canadian Tracked and Insured Parcel Shipping is available for $18.99. Otherwise you can select the rate that is automatically calculated at checkout.

You can expect your parcel to arrive via Canada Post, Purolator, Sendle, or UPS. I use minimal and repurposed packaging when possible to reduce waste. 

If you have a Canada Post label that you would like to use, I am happy to accommodate. All you need to do is send an email with the shipping label and leave a note at checkout.

Shipping is a drag, and it's so hard to compete with larger corporations and one day shipping options. I appreciate you spending your hard earned dollars in my shop <3 If I could control the shipping costs I most certainly would!

USA Shipping:
Shipping to my lovely American customers is calculated automatically at checkout. It is based on weight and distance. Your parcels will arrive via Canada Post/USPS, Sendle, Purolator, or UPS.

Returns/Refunds:
If there is a quality issue with your supplies please send a message including photos. I strive to find quality zippers and hardware using trusted and established suppliers, so this should never be an issue.
