Canadian Shipping Options

Local Pickup is available in Sudbury, Ontario, for free. You'll see the address on your order confirmation.

Canadian Tracked + Insured Parcel Shipping is $18.99 flat rate, or you can choose the automatically calculated rate at checkout.

IMPORTANT: Parcels may arrive via Canada Post, Purolator, Sendle, or UPS. If you have a preferred carrier please leave a note at checkout, otherwise I will use whichever is most convenient and cost effective on my end. Also, I use minimal and repurposed packaging whenever possible, so if your package arrives in a cereal box - Congratulations! You're now privy to my child's current cereal fixation 😂

Have your own Canada Post label? Easy! Email me the label, leave a note at checkout, and use code CPLABEL to remove shipping charges.

Shipping is a drag, and I know it’s hard to compete with one-day megacorp delivery. I appreciate you choosing to spend your hard-earned dollars here <3 If I could control the costs, believe me, I would.

USA Shipping

Tracked Shipping is available at a flat rate. Duties are calculated on your purchase total and will be listed at checkout before you submit payment. These are calculated by internet sorcery and whisked away to the US government by trolls.

Returned to Sender (RTS)

Sometimes packages decide to stage a dramatic comeback and return to Moody HQ. Here’s what happens: 

If it’s a customer oopsie (wrong address, package unclaimed, or refusal to pay duties/tariffs):

You can choose a refund for the item(s) only (minus the original shipping and return postage I had to cover), OR

Have it resent once you’ve confirmed your address, with new shipping (and any applicable duties/taxes/tariffs) covered by you.

If it happens again, the order will be refunded for the item(s) only, minus all postage fees already paid. Third chances aren’t a thing here—by then the package clearly has commitment issues.

If it’s a carrier slip-up:

I’ll resend your order at no cost to you, but only after the original package makes its way back to Moody HQ. No duplicates get sent out in the meantime. If the package is lost forever then I'll use the parcel insurance and go through the carrier's process.

Returns/Refunds

If there’s ever a quality issue with your supplies, please message me with photos. I work with trusted suppliers to source high-quality zippers and hardware, so this should be rare. But if it happens, I’ll make it right. Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis.
